Documents Required

1. A signed application form for each Applicant.
2. A letter showing the purpose of visit alongwith additional documents as a proof of the purpose.
3. In case of sponsor, a notarized letter from the sponsor.
4. Original Passport valid for at least six months having one blank page.
5. Copies of Old and expired Passports.
6. One photocopy of the front page of the Current Passport
7. Photocopy of CNIC.
8. Two Photos not more than 6-month-old. Size 2X2 white background on luster paper
9. For salaried persons: Letter of employment stating the Salary, position, hiring date, the approved leave dates should be mentioned clearly.
10. For business person. Proof of business NTN, certificate from chamber, Letter of incorporation and company profile is also required.
11. Bank Statement of last six months to prove that the applicant has the financial means to pay the expense of their trip.
12. NTN certificate from FBR with at least one year income Tax returns.
13. Proof of accommodation
14. Proof of return air ticket
15. Travel & health Insurance
16. In case of any foreign travel in last 5 years, copies of visa re also required.
17. Family registration certificate (FRC)
18. Police clearance certificate from country of residence
19. Any other information showing the applicant ‘s ties to Pakistan like property documents and wealth certificates.
20. A medical examination might be required.

Visa Processing Time:

Normal processing time is 6-7 Weeks but it depends on embassy policy.
