Types of visas for Schengen:

- Type A Schengen visa:
The type of Schengen visa allows non-Schengen citizens to transit through or waits for their connecting flight in the international zone of an airport located in a Schengen country.

- Type B Schengen visa:
The type B visa allows a stay of about five days or less in a Schengen state.
- Type C Schengen visa:
This type of visa is the most common for your stay in the Schengen states. It allows the holder to stay or travel freely in the Schengen conditions for about 90 days over 180 days. This C-type of visa has three categories :
A single entry visa (“1” on visa sticker) :
It allows the holder to enter or exit the area once.
A double entry visa (“2” on visa sticker):
It allows the holder to enter or exit the state twice only.
A multiple entry visa (“MULT” on visa sticker):
It allows the holder to enter or exit the state multiple times within 90 days limit.
