In this draw, a total of 344 candidates were invited from the Express Entry sub-category.
Moreover, the remaining 197 candidates were invited from the Occupations In-Demand category.
The SINP enables this province to nominate immigrants with specific occupations in the local labour market. The invited candidates in this draw had to go through Educational Credential Assessments. An Expression of Interest (EOI) score of 72 was required under the respective grid. The points of this grid are based on human capital characteristics such as age, education, skilled work experience, language proficiency and connections in Saskatchewan.

If the candidates in the Express Entry pool had also filled the EOI for Saskatchewan, and they score 68 points in the province’s Points Assessment Grid, then there was a good chance for their invitation.
Occupations In-Demand sub-category
The Occupations In-Demand sub-category is a base PNP. Those candidates who do not have a federal Express Entry system profile, they can also apply to this immigration stream. It is available for all immigration candidates who do not have a profile in the federal Express Entry system. This pathway is for those immigration candidates who possess work experience in occupations that have labour shortages in Saskatchewan.
