Ontario has closed the registrations for the employer job offer: Foreign Worker Stream, as this stream has reached the registration limit. The province has decided to close the registrations for this stream until further details. The province has decided to open the registrations for this program on the 21st of October. The immigration candidates are required to have a job offer. The Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) is expected to have a major turnout. In this phase, the application system will automatically have turned off once the limit is reached. To register in this program, the candidates are required to access the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP)’s e-filling portal directly from the government’s webpage.
Required job offers and latest forms:
At the time of applying, the candidates must have the current job offer. All the required documents must be attached with the application. The applicants are required to submit their recent Employer Form. This form must be filled, and it should not be dated after October 21, 2020. This Employer Form is an indication that this must be submitted within the 6 months of the filling, and the information in the form must be the latest. If the applicants submit these completed forms that are dated after October 21, 2020, the portal will return this application as incomplete. The system will also return the application as incomplete if the applicants do not submit a current job offer. If you can successfully register the process, then you will have 14 days to complete the application. The Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) has reviewed and revised the sections for the Employer Form. The employers must carefully observe and review the information that they have listed in the Employer Form. All the information must be accurate, as it will prevent delays in the process. The Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program aims to launch an Expression of Interest (EOI) system for the immigration candidates in the coming year.
