The candidates who are working in the specified occupations, they have been invited in the draw, and on the other hand, the candidates who are not working in the regulated occupations, they will be refused. Those candidates will also be refused who do not have proof of completing the employment process in Manitoba.

  • Express Entry Manitoba

The Federal Express Entry System manages the three main economic immigration streams of Canada that are:

  • Federal Skilled Worker Program
  • Federal Skilled Trades Program
  • Canadian Experience Class

The Express Entry candidates who apply for provincial nomination also receive additional 600 points in their Comprehensive Ranking System score. The CRS scores are managed on the human capital factors such as age, work experience, qualification, education, and language proficiency in English or French. This additional score ensures and guarantees that the candidates will receive an ITA for permanent residence. The Express Entry Candidates with a valid provincial nomination from Manitoba had to declare their legitimate Express Entry id, along with a job seeker code.

  • Manitoba’s EOI system

Those interested candidates who want to immigrate through the provincial nominee program, they are required to register an Expression of Interest with the MPNP. So, that they can receive a Letter of Advice to Apply (LAA) through the following streams:

  • Skilled Workers in Manitoba

  • Skilled Workers Overseas

In this pattern, the applicants are given rankings that are based on 1,000 points. These assessment points are based on the human capital characteristics such as language proficiency, education, skilled work experience, and the applicant’s connections in Manitoba.
