Similarly, in this latest immigration draw, Manitoba has issued 206 invitations to apply for the provincial nomination for permanent residence. This October 22nd draw has now issued 4,068 draws so far in 2020. The invitations for this year has reached up to 4,068.

Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP):
The Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program has invited immigrants from the skilled workers and international graduates from the following three immigration categories. The respective scores for the categories are also listed.
- Skilled Workers in Manitoba: 161 LAAs, and a minimum score of 375.
- International Education Stream: 15 LAAs, and a minimum score of 771.
- Skilled Workers Overseas: 30 LAAs, no EOI score requirement.
Letters of Advice to Apply Manitoba PNP:
In these 206 Letters of Advice to Apply (LAAs), 22 of the LAAs were issued to the Express Entry candidates. The Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP) will refuse the applications of those candidates who do not have a valid Express Entry id, job seeker validation code, and work experience in the occupations in demand of the province.
The candidates who are working in the specified occupations, they have been invited in the draw, and on the other hand, the candidates who are not working in the regulated occupations, they will be refused. Those candidates will also be refused who do not have proof of completing the employment process in Manitoba.
